Automated Retrieval of Sales Orders
Automatic retrieval of sales orders can be done as follows:
- Import sales orders via CSV
- Connect to a webshop platform or marketplace
Important Fields
When manually creating an order, there are some mandatory fields and fields that require attention:
Mandatory
- Customer details (name and address)
- Order items (which products and quantities)
Note:
- Status of the order (when creating, you have a choice between 'concept', 'waiting for payment' or 'ready to pick')
- Date of shipment
- Shipping method
Customer Details
When your customer is already present in Stoqflow, you can start typing the customer name or customer number in the designated field. Via the suggest list, you can quickly select the correct customer and fill in the details. You can also adjust these details if necessary.

Is it a new customer? You can add them immediately without leaving the screen. To do this, click on the '+' sign and fill in all the requested information.
Status
The default status of a new order is 'concept'. When creating a sales order, choose the correct status so that the subsequent processes can proceed correctly (stock reservations, starting the pick process, etc.).

Order Items
The products contained in the order can be added in a similar way. The suggest field searches for the correct product based on product name or SKU. Once you have found the correct product, you can specify the desired quantity. If necessary, you can also choose which batch or expiration date (if applicable) you want to include in this order by opening the product file.

Shipping Options
Next, you will fill in the delivery modalities. You choose the shipping type and any possible preferred shipping method. You can also add a delivery note if necessary.

?> Tip: It is also possible to enter a sales order that should be shipped on a later date. The sales order will not immediately receive the status 'ready to pick'. The sales order will get the status 'waiting' until the shipping date arrives. Then, the status will automatically change to 'ready to pick'. If you want to pick up the sales order earlier, you can manually change the status. ?>
